If you haven’t been to Nutrition Lounge yet, you’re missing out! 💛 This amazing women-owned business is so much more than a place to grab a delicious protein shake or a refreshing iced tea—it’s a community that truly supports health, wellness, and nutrition. The positive, welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to connect with others in the Rockford area and surrounding communities. One of my favorite things is that they offer egg-free and vegan options, which is perfect for my allergy! It’s so nice to have a place where I can enjoy a delicious, guilt-free protein shake or an ice-cold tea without worrying. Supporting local has never felt so good. I love love love everything about The Nutrition Lounge in Rockford. It’s an experience with a cozy comfy vibe, I wanted to stay and finish my FAVORITE shake, which is the Caramel Bliss. Normally I would get my Caramel Bliss delivered because the buzz around the office was to try their healthy delicious shakes and teas. Yesterday I actually visited The Nutrition Lounge for my must have shake and I tell you, the staff there, they are super duper nice and courteous, greeting me with an infectious smile. The experience there has now changed my mind, instead of having my FAVORITE Caramel Bliss delivered, I’m going to treat myself and go in to experience that warm and cozy vibe again and enjoy my Caramel Shakes or I may try something else from the menu. So many different shakes/teas, I may just try something else. No more deliveries, I love the atmosphere. Treat yourself and visit The Nutrition Lounge.

Just recently discovered this place & I’m so glad I did! The owner was so nice & helpful with explaining all the drink options - soo many to choose from 😍 I work in healthcare and got a delicious loaded tea before my shift which made for an efficient and energized day at work! I am huge on natural & healthy anything and, of course, supporting small businesses so I will 100% be back many times 🤍

One of the best protein shakes I’ve ever had. I can’t stand the taste of protein but my smores shake didn’t have that aftertaste at all. Not to mention we came in 5 minutes before close (unknowingly) yet we were still serviced very kindly. Even helped my boyfriend log his calories. Very good, very friendly, definitely come check it out!!
